I appreciate your methodical approach, it certainly helps to nail things down. We find that its sometimes hard to get clients to focus, especially young start ups. But operationalizing products is a huge part of sustaining longer term growth. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm curious about your interest in inbound marketing, and how that overlaps with the processes you mentioned. As a marketer, we are always looking to systemetize where we can, but it can be challenging based on how data is stored. Sounds like an interesting project :-). Look forward to an upate there.</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3072035002447400386/339646359795275490/comments/default/891471611441967616'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3072035002447400386/339646359795275490/comments/default/891471611441967616'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.brianscourtney.com/2009/05/process-to-test-startup-idea.html?showComment=1242943786434#c891471611441967616' title=''/><author><name>Juliann Grant</name><uri>http://blog.telesian.com</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.brianscourtney.com/2009/05/process-to-test-startup-idea.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3072035002447400386.post-339646359795275490' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3072035002447400386/posts/default/339646359795275490' type='text/html'/></entry></feed>
